C.H.O.I.C.E.S. Programs and client engagement
Programming includes integration of positive community interactions with internal and external opportunities for “hands on” learning. This is done through identifying client interests, needs, and noted barriers in their community during the treatment process. Our goal is to be creative, motivating, and encouraging through staff and peer supports to give clients the opportunity to be a part of a team which promotes optimal long term recovery. 

C.H.O.I.C.E.S. programs engage each client in his/her community, providing services in the client’s home or at one of the C.H.O.I.C.E.S. facilities. Programs include:

Alcohol and other Drug Programs:

Intensive outpatient programs
- Multiple weekly sessions including community sober support activities.

Supportive recovery programs
- Combination of outpatient group and individual sessions.

Medication Assisted Treatment (M.A.T.) - Suboxone
- Treatment for opioid dependence.

Mental Health:

Community-Based outpatient services
